The Legal Committee reviews the developments in the main legal fields relevant for US-related business activities in the Netherlands, such as ESG, company law, labor law, legal compliance and competition law. The Committee strives to inform the wider AmCham network about major legislative developments and to share best practices. The Committee also looks into new areas of legislation and makes policy suggestions.
