Biography Mark Doets

Mark Doets (1963), attorney and tax lawyer, is a member of the international Tax practice group. He represents major corporate multinational clients in connection with cross-border transations, M&A transactions, reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. He was based in the New York office of Loyens & Loeff from 1993 to 1994 and 1999 to 2003.

He is a member of the Dutch Bar Association, the Association of Dutch tax advisors, IFA and IBA.
 
Mark predominantly works in the automotive, leasing and financing sectors.  His specialist areas are cross-border transactions, mergers, takeovers and joint ventures, buyouts, international tax planning, multinationals, reorganization and split-ups of companies and transfer pricing. Practice groups and teams he's involved in are tax, transfer pricing, corporate & financial restructuring and automotive.

Mark graduated Law School at the University of Utrecht in 1987 and obtained a degree in European tax law at Erasmus University in 1991.
