Biography Ben Noteboom

Ben Noteboom (1958) is chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Randstad Holding N.V.
He started his career with Zurel B.V. and Dow Chemical Europe.

Since he joined Randstad in 1993 he has been working as a Regional Director of Randstad Uitzendbureau in the Netherlands. He went on to become Managing Director of Capac Inhouse Services in 1997 and managed the international roll-out and development of inhouse services.
He became a member of the Executive Board in June 2001. As of March 2003, Ben Noteboom has been appointed Chairman and CEO. In addition to his tasks as CEO, he is also responsible for Randstad in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, HR & Management Development, Business Concept Development, Corporate Communication & Branding and General & Social Affairs.

Ben's specialization is in the sector of Human Resources.

In 2005 Ben joined the Supervisory Board of Corporate Express NV.

He graduated Law School at the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, in 1982 and continued with a Post Academic Distribution Study at Cranfield University in the UK.

Ben has 3 children.
