Legal Committee

The Legal Committee reviews the developments in the main legal fields relevant for US-related business activities in the Netherlands, such as company law, labor law, legal compliance and competition law.

Meeting dates for 2010 are:

The March 8 meeting was held at Conway & Partners in Rotterdam. The main topic of discussion was on recent developments in international arbitration. Nathan O'Malley (Conway & Partners) gave a presentation on this topic.  

The June meeting was held in the Amsterdam offices of Aon Nederland. The focus of discussion centred on directors' and officers' liability.
