The American Chamber of Commerce offers all members a unique members only service. All members of AmCham are able to make use of its first class private meeting rooms at WTC Schiphol Airport. This location offers direct access to Schiphol International Airport's arrival and departure halls, train station and is easy accessible by car with ample parking space.

The AmCham office is located in the World Trade Center at Schiphol Airport, D-Tower, 6th floor. Easily accessible through the terminal building away from the big crowds of leisure passengers and loud announcements. Totally decorated as an oasis of Feng Shui everybody will instantly feel at ease and at home. A warm welcome will be given to you and your guests in our lounge area of the AmCham office. The lounge is equipped with complementary WiFi internet service. An oversized Philips plasma flat screen television keeps everybody up to speed on US and international news. Members may use our lounge as a premier airport lounge with personal service. Coffee and tea are offered. 

Meeting Rooms

The AmCham Meeting Rooms offer first-class meeting facilities. Both meeting rooms feature WiFi connectivity and state-of-the-art technology equipment. Our boardroom style American Room can accommodate meetings up to 20 people. Due to floor to ceiling windows it has a stunning view of the Terminal where US destinations arrive and leave. The smaller Dutch Room can accommodate meetings up to 6 people. Both rooms feature ergonomically designed chairs, a beamer, whiteboard and climate control panels. A photocopier and fax are situated on the same floor for your convenience.

All inclusive rates – Booking an AmCham meeting room is very easy, AmCham offers her members all inclusive rates which means that by booking a meeting room your guests are well taken care of. No need to order, coffee, tea, water, soft drinks or AV equipment – it is all included in the room rental fee!

Exclusive Patron & Corporate Benefits – All Patron Members receive a 50% discount on their first booking in 2012! All Corporate Members receive a 25% discount on their first booking in 2012!

Loyalty Program – If a company reserves our American Room 5 times for 10 or more persons in the same year, the booker receives a voucher for a High Tea for 2 persons in the Amstel Hotel, Amsterdam.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and valid for the current calender year only.

1 part of a day:  09.00-13.00 hrs. or 13.00-17.00 hrs.
2 parts of a day: 09.00-17.00 hrs.
Lunch time: 11.00-14.00 hrs. 

High tariff: valid September until June
Low tariff: valid June until September

Note: Meetings can be arranged between 8:30 AM till 7 PM. If a meeting starts before 9 AM or ends after 5 PM AmCham has to be informed well in advance. A surcharge applies of 75 Euro per extra hour or part thereof.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation of reservation until 2 working days before your meeting is free of charge.  Cancellation on the working day before or on the day of your scheduled meeting will be charged à 25% of quotation.

Above prices are all-inclusive and include:

    Additional option:

BREAKFAST, LUNCH OR DINNER

Should you wish us to cater breakfast, lunch or dinner for your guests, please mention this with your booking. We are more than happy to arrange a tasteful meal in our meeting rooms.  

Prices can vary according to your wishes. Standard breakfast is offered at € 11.00 p.p. – standard business lunch is offered at € 12.00 p.p. 

AmCham – Sheraton Buffet Lunch

If you would prefer to lunch at a different location, you could book a Sheraton Lunch Arrangement which we offer in cooperation with the Sheraton Schiphol hotel, only a few steps away from our office.  Please call AmCham to reserve a table for your guests at the Sheraton, only a few minutes away, to enjoy their superb buffet lunch.
