December 8, 2020 – During a virtual meeting of the AmCham Board of Directors, Executive Director Patrick Mikkelsen was awarded the AmCham Medal of Honor in recognition of his outstanding service to the Chamber from 2012 to 2020 and for his exceptional dedication to the advancement of the Chamber’s aims and objectives during his time in office as Executive Director. It is the first time in AmCham's history that the Medal of Honor has been awarded to an Executive Director. Patrick Mikkelsen is stepping down on December 31, 2020 to continue his career abroad.
