The Dutch labormarket is changing rapidly, however the business community is still not optimally deploying female talent. It's ignoring a rather important business case on gender diversity.

More balance between men and women at the top increases the prosperity of the Netherlands, solves labor shortages and above all means a maximisation of everyone's talents. Internationally The Netherlands is lagging behind on divirsity, the number of female directors at listed companies has even decreased in recent years.

Luckily the new generation of leaders and employers see that their companies will have to be much more diverse in the future than is currently the case.
