On November 27, AmCham hosted an event, “The Netherlands, Brussels, & Business: Protecting Business Interests Amid Changing U.S.-EU Relations”. We were honored to host our Keynote Speaker, Sir Julian King, Former European Commissioner and Specialist Partner at Flint, and three additional panellists: Phaedra Kortekaas, Managing Director Benelux at SAS Institute, Madeleine de Cock Buning, Vice President Global Affairs EMEA at Netflix, and Michiel Sweers, Director General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event offered a platform for the speakers to dive deep into the current global situation, the importance of the transatlantic relationship, and how to protect business interests in Brussels, and for guests to ask their own questions.
