On January 16, AmCham hosted a workshop for Young Professionals led by &fluence experts Erin Sullivan (Senior Consultant) and Jeroen van Dommelen (Senior Managing Consultant). The workshop, The Corporate Diplomacy Approach, centered around the connection between corporate and diplomatic work while offering a how-to for transferring diplomatic skills into the office. Through the hands-on workshop, Young Professionals learned how to advance their work and strengthen their relationships with preparation, process, and shared ownership.
