The Human Capital Committee (merged from the People Committee and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee) views human capital as one of the most important means to improve the competitive position of AmCham members. The committee takes a twofold approach to achieving its goal: first, through signaling bottlenecks in labor (and related) legislation, and secondly, by informing our Members of the latest developments on Human Capital and Diversity-related issues.
